A little about yourself? 

Award-winning career in the banking industry with extensive experience in residential mortgage lending, new construction lending, and affordable housing. His work included helping to provide mortgage financing for homebuyers and efforts in re-vitalizing urban neighborhoods.
Jonathan has promoted neighborhood revitalization through partnerships with local community development corporations and non-profits, providing financial expertise while serving on boards, and facilitating financing literacy education, homeownership education and affordable housing development. Led a strong commitment to ensure that basic banking skills and financial literacy education were available to students in WPA.
Six-time 5 Star Professional Award Winner for mortgage volume and superior customer service.
Has closed over $275,000,000.00 in residential mortgage loans. Has earned multiple awards from the Mortgage Bankers Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania and has been recognized with an Entrepreneurial Spirit Award in the State of PA. by NFTE (Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship).

Spending time with family and friends, traveling, sports and music. 

What do you do at NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania? 

Develops and nurtures relationships with key partners including banks, lenders and stakeholders across multiple sectors and serves as an ambassador for the organization across all lines of business. Responsible for the development, oversight, management, growth, and delivery of all consumer lending including growing the DPA loan portfolio of NWWPA. 

What is the one thing you wish first time homebuyers knew?
