Talia is a seasoned community development professional, now serving as Development and Partnerships Manager at Local Enterprise Assistance Fund (LEAF). Building upon her valuable experience at Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), she excels in grant and proposal development, strategic campaign design, and gift management, achieving impactful outcomes since 2015. Talia holds an MSW and a BA in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania. She joined the Board of Directors of NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania in January 2024. Talia resides in New Kensington, PA, with her family and two tuxedo cats.
