For Homeowners
Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund
The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency started accepting applications to the Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund on February 1, 2022. The program is open to eligible Pennsylvania homeowners facing financial hardships related to the pandemic. It provides help with delinquent and upcoming mortgage payments and other housing-related expenses (such as delinquent taxes, insurance, utilities, or homeowners' association fees). Penn Hills Covid-19 Housing Stabilization Program
The municipality of Penn Hills is providing mortgage assistance for its residents who have experienced a job or income loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To learn more about the program and eligibility requirements, contact Allegheny Link.
For Renters
URA Housing Stabilization Program
NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania is partnering with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) to distribute housing and utility payment assistance for City of Pittsburgh renters who have experienced a job or income loss. The program provides up to $1,000 per month, not to exceed three months, for eligible applicants. Click here for eligibility requirements.

If Allegheny Link determines you are eligible, you will be required to meet with a housing counselor. Please note: We’re currently conducting our housing counseling appointments by phone or video calls only.
Penn Hills Covid-19 Housing Stabilization Program

Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)
