Wherever you are on your homeownership journey, we’re here to help. We offer homebuyer and homeowner counseling and education, as well as down-payment assistance. (To protect the health and safety of our customers, staff, and community partners, NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania currently is providing all services virtually.)
Get started by clicking the button below to create a customer account online. After you finish your profile, answering all the questions and uploading required documents, we can schedule your first appointment with a counselor to discuss your goals. Together, we’ll determine the best next steps.
If you're a homebuyer, your counselor may recommend taking an online course through our partner eHome America. (For homebuyers, eHome’s Homebuyer Education course, followed by a one-on-one counseling session, fulfills the pre-purchase education requirement for several banks and lending programs.)
Our counseling team is in it for the long haul. You’ll have the chance to meet with your counselor several times to ensure your success.
